I saw the trailer for "Friends with Benefits" this morning & Oh Ma Ga, can Justin Timberlake be any sexier?!

Looks like I'll be making my hubby spend our "seven year anniversary since our first date" taking me to see my fantasy man on the big screen. Don't worry Justin baby, I'll be seeing you soon ;)

Flashback Friday: Honeymooners

Today I'm flashing back to our honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, SC.

For a few reasons really....

1. We'll be married three years in just a couple months(whaaaaa?) Where does the time go?

2. It was the single most AWE-some vay-cay I've ever had, so far. I mean it could of had a little to do with being with my super hott new hubs & well you know ;) wink wink 

But like I said, awesome.

3. I NEED to be on a beach, for realz! This Ohio weather is so lame, and it feels like it will never ever be warm again. EVER. So yes i absolutely, 100%, have to encounter a beach soon, like yesterday. Or at least a tanning bed a sea breeze candle & a sound machine set on "sea gulls & ocean waves".

Wordless{ish} Wednesday: Sleepy Boy

Being a mom, I've quickly come to realize that sleepy little kidlets when tired enough, will fall asleep no matter where they may be. I'm also not one to break many rules, especially the NEVER wake a sleeping baby "rule". well most of the time at least. So here he is, my sleeping prince resting his head wherever it may lay at that exact moment. =)



P.s. he's a bit of a cuddle bug, notice the blankets in 3 out of 4 pictures. hehe

Wordless{ish} Wednesday: Mesh Feeders

Carson has been teething for quite awhile now & with him diving into the solid food world recently, we decided to try out mesh feeders.

At first he seemed sorta confused like: "Hey, this is cold!" ,"And it tastes like Nanas (bananas)!"

 But after awhile he was gnawing away and watching his daddy get ready for work. 

He loved it, Mommy loved it, We loved it.

too tired to hang...

Our friends Bob & Amber came over yesterday so the boys men could play video games and they could see how big Carson has gotten since they saw him last. We all played on the floor with little man, sang with his moo cow which Paul has now named "Cow Ripkin", & caught up on life chat.

 It seems that Mr. Carson was tired of the grown up jib-jabbing 'cause we soon found this....

Bahahaha...our little mister was too tired to hang & fell asleep sitting in daddy's lap.

So presh, i love my baby!

My mom & aunt drove down to Tennessee to get Sabrina in '98. She was the cutest puppy, born with her left eye circled in pink. I remember when they brought her home she was so tiny, we didn't have any puppy food so my mom had us make her scrambled eggs & she loved them! I will always hold fond memories of her in my heart. I'll miss you Brina Weena Bo Beena Banana Fanna Fo Feena Fee Fi Mo Meena, Brina.

Monkey N' Around

Yesterday evening was Beggar's night in our town & a whole bunch around us. Even though mister man is only 3 1/2 months we still took him out for everyone to see his cute adorable little costume.

First, we stopped by my friend Kinzi's house because her mom is mega into Halloween & always decorates her house spook-tacular.  Then since it was a bit chilly for him we went to a nursing home that I used to work at, where all the residents sit in the halls & pass out candy to the trick-or-treaters. To be honest I felt a tad guilty getting candy for a baby that is obviously too young for even a sucker. (although I would be lying if I said I didn't give him one little taste, okay two) One of the residents even said as she was putting candy in his bucket, "that baby is a little young for trick-or-treating", just love how blunt the eldery can be. HaHa!  After the nursing home we came back to our town & visited my Aunt so she could see Carson in his costume & take pictures. He was a little ticked off by this point in the night, it was getting dangerously close to bath/bedtime & his costume was a bunting costume, so we couldn't keep him in it to ride in his car seat, resulting in taking him in and out of his costume THREE times in one and a half hours!! Ugh, what a pain for all of us!

All in all it was a good night & a great first holiday for our little family. Plus, we got what we wanted out of the whole night... Pictures, Fun, & Candy

i love halloween

Saturday night was movie night, popcorn & diet Dew included. Our feature film was Rob Zombie's "Halloween II", have to admit I had forgotten how gory violent that movie is. Whew! Not gonna lie I was a bit disturbed. But it is a good movie to watch this time of year & I got to snuggle up closer to my lover during the really scary parts.

Today we carved a pumpkin for Carson. Yes, he just sat in his bouncer gumming his fist, drooling, & squealing for the most part but the kid LOVES the color orange so he looked at the pumpkin a lot.lol.=) After we were all finished we of course took some pics, I cleaned up, & roasted the pumpkin seeds.

He wasn't too thrilled, if you couldn't tell.bahahaha
